Va reamintim ca acest fond se poate crea la solicitarea proprietarilor dupa acordul a 2/3 din proprietari.

Acest fond poate fi folosit pentru aducerea de diverse imbunatatiri blocului, cum ar fi: sistem de supraveghere; rampa, copertina, interfon, etc
De altfel, unele blocuri au folosit deja fondul de investitii pentru montarea propriilor sisteme de supraveghere.
